SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order processing & fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx — the carrier is selected based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping rates & delivery

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $75 — no code required.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

3. Tracking, delays & delivery issues

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays — Gold Coast Depot is not liable for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of your expected delivery date at Sales@GoldCoastDepot.com or 631-392-8643 and we will work with you to make it right.

4. International shipping

We primarily ship within the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us directly at Sales@GoldCoastDepot.com to discuss availability and options. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
